Shipping Policy

At PEUSTARJAR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your favorite pickles promptly and reliably. We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹30 is applicable. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to products already on offer or promotion.

All orders are shipped from our own or partner warehouses located across India. Our aim is to dispatch and deliver your products within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment. Deliveries are typically made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

The maximum order value for COD payments is ₹1,000, and this option is only available in Indian Rupees. COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery before the package is handed over. Customers will be required to sign for the delivery. Packages cannot be opened until full payment is made and acknowledged on the delivery sheet. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package. If a third party at the delivery address signs for the order, it will still be considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, locked premises, or circumstances such as natural disasters, heavy rain, or nationwide strikes. If an initial delivery attempt fails, we will contact you once more to reschedule. A second delivery attempt may incur additional charges. If you decline to pay for the second attempt, we will initiate a full refund for the order amount.

PEUSTARJAR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED considers a delivery attempt as failed under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  2. Recipient unavailable at the location
  3. Premises locked during delivery hours
  4. Unavoidable external factors such as weather or emergencies

We only deliver to locations in India where the product is marked as “available” at checkout. Any shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery through the Contact Us section of our website. You must also highlight and note the issue on the delivery challan and return the copy with the delivery agent.

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product weight, packaging, volume, or delivery location. Any such charges will be clearly shown at checkout before the final payment is made, so you are fully informed.
