Orders placed are considered final, and you are obligated to complete the transaction. Our responsibility is limited to delivering products to the address specified in the order. We currently do not ship internationally.

Product Pricing and Taxes

All product prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are listed at MRP unless promotional discounts apply. While we take utmost care in maintaining accurate pricing, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If you are using an international card, exchange rates and bank charges are governed by your issuing institution.

Out of Stock and Order Fulfillment

We aim to keep all products in stock, but in the event an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you within two business days and offer an option to delay, exchange, or cancel the order. Refunds will be processed accordingly.

Payment Options and Security

We accept major domestic and international credit cards, debit cards, and net banking via our secure payment gateway partners. All transactions are processed over SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards. Card information is not stored by us. Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed, invoiced, and dispatched accordingly.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse or fulfillment centers within India. We strive to deliver all orders within 7 to 10 business days. Deliveries are scheduled between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Sunday. The order is considered successfully delivered once signed for at the delivery location. We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses or failed delivery due to recipient unavailability. In case of delivery failure, we may attempt a second delivery, which may incur additional charges.

Product Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns once a product has been accepted and opened. However, if the item is received in a damaged, expired, or incorrect condition, you must report it within 24 hours along with supporting photos or an unboxing video. The item must be returned in its original, unopened condition along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Refunds are processed within one to three weeks of receiving the returned product.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or a product is missing from your order, please share an unboxing video via email or WhatsApp on the day of delivery. We will verify the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Suspension of Accounts

PEUSTARJAR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or block your account if you breach any terms, provide false information, or engage in activity that harms the company, its users, or its reputation. This includes listing manipulation, abusive behavior, or chargebacks made in bad faith.
